The Workspace is a ready-to-use Notion workspace designed as-is and delivered to you upon purchase.No Adjustments or Services
The Workspace does not include customization, support, or any ongoing services. It is delivered as a final product.Additional Features
Any database, feature, or functionality not already included in the Workspace will be considered a separate service and will incur additional charges.Limitations
The Workspace reflects its pre-designed structure and does not include mapping or adaptation of your company’s processes. We do not provide data migration, database creation, or integration of tools from other platforms (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Trello). The Workspace may have limitations depending on the capabilities of the Notion platform and mempership, and certain requested functionalities may not be achievable.Ownership and License
The workspace remains the intellectual property of Elevenbase. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Workspace for your company’s internal use only.Confidentiality
Elevenbase agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared during your purchase process. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any elements of the workspace or its structure with third parties without our explicit permission.Working Hours
Our working days are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Brasília Time).Payment and Refund Policy
The workspace must be paid in full before access is granted.Refunds
If you cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.Additional Requests
Any request for additional features, databases, or modifications to the Workspace will be treated as a separate purchase and priced according to the requested service. If an additional service is contracted, this service includes only what is explicitly described in the invoice document for that service and nothing beyond it.Limitation of Liability
Elevenbase is not responsible for any misuse or modification of the Workspace after delivery. Failures or limitations caused by the Notion platform. Unauthorized use of the Workspace will result in the termination of your license.Acceptance
